Annual subscription is charged in addition to the one-time onboarding and implementation fee. It covers software access, standard upgrades, hosting, backup and plan-level support. Customers may choose monthly billing or annual billing. Under the annual option, MEDORBITA charges only 10 months and provides 2 months at no additional subscription cost.

How subscription billing works

The one-time onboarding and implementation fee is paid separately and in full before implementation begins. One month after onboarding starts, the customer begins paying the selected subscription.

Monthly option: Pay the regular monthly subscription every month. Annual option: Pay for only 10 months and receive 12 months of subscription access, effectively receiving 2 months free.

Commercial Terms

Important proposal conditions

The one-time onboarding and implementation fee is payable in full before implementation begins. Subscription billing starts one month later. Customers may choose monthly billing or annual billing. Annual billing is calculated at 10 months of the monthly subscription while providing 12 months of access. Renewal pricing may be revised based on infrastructure cost, inflation, product expansion and scope changes.

Implementation begins after payment, scope confirmation and receipt of required branding, workflow and master-data inputs from the customer.

Standard support covers product issues and standard configuration guidance. New requirements, major data changes, custom reports and workflow modifications are separately estimated.

SMS, WhatsApp, payment gateway, video, maps, app-store accounts, AI services, cloud upgrades and external API charges are billed additionally unless expressly included.

Basic structured data import may be included based on plan. Legacy data cleansing, document migration, reconciliation and unsupported formats require separate estimation.
